When editing a shared document, you can use all of the features of Pages, Numbers and Keynote, with some exceptions. People you invite can open and view a shared document of any size. With your document open, click or tap the Share button in the toolbar, choose Collaborate from the pop-up menu, then choose how you want to invite others. When you invite people to collaborate on a document, spreadsheet or presentation, you send a link to them. You can also collaborate using Pages, Numbers and Keynote online at.
